IIBA® CBAP®
Examination preparation training. What
is this?
This is the training session
focused on the CBAP® certification of IIBA®.
Any business analyst, who would like to get certified, can take up this
course
2.
What is the duration?
The total coaching session is for
40 hrs. 8 hrs. per day for 5 Days.
3.
Do you have a weekend
training program for working professionals?
Yes. We do conduct weekend training programs.
4.
What are the training
days for GCC candidates?
For candidates in GCC countries
the weekend program is scheduled for Fridays and Saturdays.
5.
What are the training
days for International candidates?
International candidates can take
this coaching on Saturdays and Sundays.
6.
What is the duration
for weekends?
The total coaching session is for
40 hrs. 4 hrs. each on both Friday and
Saturday.
5 Weekends. 10 sessions.
7.
What is the timing?
For GCC candidates: 3:00 pm to 7:00pm (Gulf Standard Time). However timings can be adjusted according to mutual
convenience.
For International Candidates: According to their time zone convenience.
8.
How do we coach?
The coaching is scheduled and
conducted on the GoToTraining®
platform from Citrix®. The sessions are
conducted in the virtual classroom with voice and video sessions along with the
help of usual whiteboards as in the case of any normal classroom.
9.
What is the training
approach?
We strongly believe on the
practical learning through working exercises.
Power Point slides are to set the context. The whole session will be based on a real
time case study.
10. What are the deliverables?
Course material in the form of MS
Power Point slides (PDF) will be shared to every participant.
11. How does a participant will attend the session?
Any participant can take up this
course from his house/office. He can join
the sessions from his Windows/Mac computers.
Integrated voice capability is utilized to reduce the cost of telephone
calls. It is advised to have a headset
to reduce the surrounding disturbances.
12. How do we support the knowledge persistence?
From second day onwards, we
conduct a test at the end of the session to assess the knowledge
absorption. It will be conducted on a
cumulative fashion as the training moves forward. At the end of the course, a final simulated
test will be conducted for 3.5 hrs. as in the case of the certification exam
with 150 questions to answer.
13. I have completed the 5 weekends session.
I have some more doubts. How can
I clear that? Do you provide any
support?
Yes. We are more than happy to clear them through
phone/mail. To add value, we are
conducting a refresher online session of 4 hrs. to discuss and clarify your
doubts. This is part of the training
sessions at no extra charge.
14. We would like to have a face-to-face meeting with the instructor after
the online course? Will it be possible?
Yes. We can schedule the same for 4 hrs. at the
following places in UAE. Dubai, Sharjah,
Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaima. No
extra charges.
15. I have completed the course, but I need some individual mentoring, can
you do this?
Yes. We can fix up a mutually convenient day for
the personal coaching. Depending on the
time required we will workout the fee for the same.
16. I have started the sessions, unfortunately I was not able to attend
couple of sessions and how can I make up these?
We will allow the participant to
attend the same sessions along with another batch, if the participant has
missed up to 4 sessions. If the
participant has missed more than 4 sessions, then they have to join fresh to another
batch paying full course fee afresh.
17. I have booked for a course, before joining, some official/personal
reasons I was not able to join the batch, what should I do?
You can join a fresh batch
according to your convenience without any extra financial commitments.
18. What is the refund policy?
We will refund the full fees after
deducting the bank charges, if participant cancels 15 days ahead of the
course. 50% course fee will be refunded
for cancellations within one week. If
you cancel the training on the starting day or later, no money will be
refunded.
19. I have booked for a course; can I transfer the booking to a colleague or
a friend?
Yes. You can transfer the booking to anybody
without any charges.
20. Do you provide any course participation certificate?
Yes. Every participant will get an electronic
course completion certificate (PDF).
Participant should attend all the sessions to be eligible for the course
completion certificate.
21. If I take up the second course from your institution, will I get any
discount?
Yes. You are eligible for 10% discount for the
second course, 15% discount for the third.
22. If I refer somebody, is there any referral fee/discount?
Yes. Once your referral joins for any course from
our institution, you are eligible for a 15% discount on your next course.
23. If my company would like to have a corporate training, will you conduct
the training?
